Affiliate Disclosure

Some pages on SaveMate may include affiliate or partner links. This page explains what that means, what it changes for us, and what it doesn't change.

What is an affiliate link

An affiliate link is a URL that — when followed — pays SaveMate a small commission if the visitor signs up or buys something from the linked partner. The price for the visitor is the same.

How we mark them

Articles that contain at least one affiliate link carry a yellow notice at the top stating "this page may earn us a commission." Inline affiliate links are styled with a small "(partner)" tag.

What it does NOT change

  • Editorial selection — we recommend tools/products on the merits, never because they pay more.
  • Article ranking inside our site — partner products do not move up our hub pages.
  • Calculator output — calculators do not adjust their math based on partner relationships.

Current partnerships

None active. This page will list each partner programme once the first one is signed.

Regulatory basis

US visitors: per the FTC Endorsement Guides, we disclose material connections clearly and conspicuously. EU visitors: per the Digital Services Act, advertising/sponsored content is identified as such. We aim to err on the side of more disclosure rather than less.

Last reviewed: in development. This page contains placeholder wording marked with “LEGAL: review” comments and must be finalised by qualified counsel before launch.
