If your copyright is being infringed

We respect copyright and respond to clear, complete takedown notices in line with the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act and equivalent EU mechanisms.

How to send a notice

Email gosavemate@gmail.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice". Include:

• Your full legal name, address, phone number, and email.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• The exact URL on SaveMate where the alleged infringement appears.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and you are authorised to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notice

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address with: identification of the removed material; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the material was removed mistakenly; your contact details; consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the US, the jurisdiction of our legal entity); and your signature.

Repeat infringers

We may terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the access of contributors who are repeat infringers.
